Our focus is on making Saugerties the best place it can be by supporting dedicated candidates, advocating for responsible local governance protecting our environment, and ensuring that our community remains vibrant and welcoming to everyone. We believe that by working together, we can foster a local government that is accessible, responsive, and truly represents the people it serves.
Join the Conversation! The SDC has openings for Committee Members and Associate Committee Members in several of the 15 Election Districts in Saugerties. We hold monthly meetings to discuss local issues, plan events, and organize our efforts. Prospective members, interested neighbors, or anyone wanting to learn more is welcome to attend!
